Insurance Information

I am an out-of-network provider, and I do not bill insurance companies directly. However, I can provide you with a Superbill after each session. This document includes all necessary billing and diagnosis codes, which you may submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Fee Structure

Fees are based on the duration of the session:

• 30-minute session: $600

• 45-minute session: $900

• 60-minute session: $1,200

• 75-minute session: $1,500

• 90-minute session: $1,800

• 120-minute session: $2,400

• Administrative Services & Out-of-Session Support Services provided outside of scheduled appointments – including extended phone consultations, prior authorizations, complex forms/letters, and record transfers – that exceed standard care requirements are billed at $200 per 10-minute increment. 

Getting Started

• Initial Appointment: No paperwork is required in advance. You will complete basic patient information, office policies, and consent forms during your first visit.

• Scheduling: To begin, please click the "LET’S SCHEDULE A CALL" link below to book a brief, free introductory consultation. If my practice is a good fit for your needs, we will schedule your initial session.

• Confidentiality: Your privacy is a priority. All sessions are strictly confidential.
