90 minutes. That's not a typo. Most psychiatrists give you 15 minutes and a prescription. I would spend a full hour and a half to understand your history, your health, your life, and what you actually want — then build a treatment plan around it.
Follow-Up Sessions — $600
60 minutes, every time. Real therapy combined with careful medical management. No rushed check-ins, no watching the clock.
