School, life, and everything in between can get heavy sometimes, and figuring things out doesn't have to be a solo mission. You can tell me your story, and we can talk about what's going on—whether that's handling stress, staying on top of classes, or just getting your head in the right space. 

No pressure, no awkward lectures—just a straightforward conversation to see how I can help you hit your goals and feel more in control.

Your trust matters to me, and having a private space to talk is essential. Under California law, if you are older than 12 years old, you can work with me for mental health support and substance abuse treatment without needing parental consent or a parent in the room. 

What you share with me about mental health and substance use stays strictly between us. I will not share it with your parents, family, or friends. The only time I am required to break confidentiality is if there is an immediate risk of you hurting yourself or someone else.
